I don't compete with the Online Travel Booking sites because they can't compete with me on service and added value. What looks like the best deal online generally does not account for promotions only available to Travel Agents, or the knowledge and support offered through a Travel Agents network of resources. There is a distinct difference to working with a Call Center with hundreds of people trying to meet sales quotas (I have worked for one!!) and a personal Travel Agent who follows your important vacation details all the way through to when you return home. I hope I don't hear from you while you are on your vacation but, if I do, you can be sure your problem is my top priority. A vacation is an investment in time and money. I am sure you want to use both wisely.
